Get licensing/subscription data for Rescue by LogMeIn

Hello. We are building an integration to get licensing/subscription data from Rescue. Is there an API endpoint that is readily available to get this information? If not, is there a report that can be generated on the Admin Center to get these? We need the User Display name and Last activity date at the minimum, but other details might be needed in the future.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @nyreen. Unfortunately, if a function you need is not listed in the API documentation it is not supported currently. There are two Login Reports which provides a number of details about your users:

Hi Glenn,

I saw the API documentation, but the closest I can find is the "getReport_v2" method. But this requires a node and doesn't have something like "all technicians" which is what we needed.
