We changed our connection to the same provider but different service with a different WAN IP. Since then, LogMeIn works fine for computers in our office, but we are unable to connect to machines that are remote. No problem connecting to Jane's computer when she's on-site, but when she goes home, can't connect. We're entering the correct login credentials but receive a "Login Failed" with no other information.
I'm guessing there might be a setting in the LMI console that whitelists where connections can originate from, but at the same time, I was able to connect to users from various IPs outside the office before this change. I'm really confused.
