I have done all the support steps following SMS Approval. Logged out and back in. Checked all the settings. AND STILL it is not letting me send an SMS.
I don't know what else to do, and the support call has such a bad connection that I can't hear anything the AI bot is telling me to do.
Additionally, I enabled call recording, but I don't see a single recording for me to review calls.
Maybe switching to Grasshopper was a mistake. I thought I'd be saving some money but clearly you lose way too many features.
