I have been running Hamachi on a PC for over a year with no issues. All of sudden, my customer cannot log-in to access Hamachi. It asks for a user name and PW, which I have entered for this particular customer, My access credential and the administrative credentials for that server (Win11 with Firewall deactivated.) It keeps popping back and asking for the credentials again regardless of which account I am using. I ran diagnostics, but it comes back saying all is well.
I WAS able to log in successfully from my PC using all the credentials I used above, each worked.
I uninstalled and reinstalled (with support from GoTo, but once we hit this wall they begged off saying "THEY" did not develop Hamachi so there is no support.)
If anyone can assist, it would be gratefully appreciated.
