As part of our ongoing commitment to security, stability, and platform reliability, we are asking all Resolve customers to update to the latest version of the Resolve Desktop Console by March 31st. After this date older versions will no longer be supported.
If you are using:
- Desktop Console version 1.15 or earlier
- Desktop Console Beta version 2.2 or earlier
you must upgrade before March 31, 2026. Beginning April 1, outdated versions will no longer be able to connect to the Resolve management interface.
How to update?
Automatic Update
If you are running an older version, install the automatic update prompted when exiting the Desktop Console application.
Note: For Windows users, on versions prior to 1.15.1, the public key has expired, preventing automatic updates. For Mac users, we have significantly improved the installation process to resolve common setup issues.
Manual Update
If you are not prompted to update automatically, you must update manually.
First, uninstall any existing Desktop Console versions. Then, install the new version(s) using the links below.
