I have completed all necessary registrations and it shows that we are verified but text messages are not coming and only 1 that I have sent (to my daughter to test) went through. I have deleted the app and reinstalled 3 times, logged off the computer and closed out and reopened and logged back in. There are no updates.Our business relies on texting and missing any from customers is going to hurt us tremendously! I am at a loss and ready to cancel. Has anyone had this issue and have any advice at all?
