We are new to GoTo Connect that recently migrated away from Mitel. I have created roles for department heads with access to staff on their respective "teams" (sales managers have access to the call groups they manage - Svc Managers have access to the call groups they manage, etc). I just found out IF I grant access to a sales manager at one store they are able to access calls and usage for ANYONE at any of our locations (in other cities). With Mitel each store was it's own entity and separated in the portal and you could approve an individual user to have access to ONLY certain peoples calls. With GoTo it looks like it's one big system that has zero separation. If I have a sales manager in Seattle WA and I give him access to recorded calls and user access that same sales manager in Seattle can snoop on calls that came into a store 100 miles away from any person that isn't on the recording exemption list. This is alarming and not how I remember the system being advertised and sold to us. Other than that I really like GoTo but if I'm right about this user permission for calls and usage THIS IS A PROBLEM. Please tell me I'm just not understanding how this works and there is a way for me to grant someone access to listen and analyze to ONLY those users I give them permission to access. Any help would be much appreciated.
