I had a really difficult time getting my SMS registration approved when I originally started with Grasshopper. After roughly 2 months, one of the customer service reps spent almost 2 hours going through every questions and fixing every answer to get approval. Is there a way to obtain a copy of those answers so I have them when I need to add more lines for my growing business. Other VoIP companies seem to have it as a saved file within the users account info but I can't find anything other than my number showing verified.
