Hello,

I’m trying to complete registration for the Grasshopper free trial, but I’m encountering an issue.

At Step 2 of 2 in Grasshopper, after entering all required details and the verification code sent to my phone, I receive the error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again.” The registration does not proceed further.

I have already tried:

Re-entering the verification code
Refreshing the page
Using a different browser

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in completing the Grasshopper registration or let me know what might be causing this problem?

Thanks for providing your troubleshooting steps, there are a few other steps you can try:

Use a different email address
Avoid using a VPN or remote connection when attempting to complete the setup
Try using a different Network, if possible

If it still isn't working, you can reach out to customer support who can take a closer look into what is happening.
