BUG: Device display name (Yealink) does not work

In device for a Yealink pone the Display name will not change the name displayed on the top left of the phone. I still have to remote in to the phone to make the change

Sorry for the delay in response, this got overlooked.

We do have a configuration parameter available for Yealink devices that controls this behavior, and we can enable it for you to ensure the display name updates correctly on the phone screen.

If you haven't resolved this already, could you provide the following information:

Your specific domain (your email is linked to several PBXs)
The specific Yealink phone models and extensions where you’d like this change applied

You can see the option to message me if you click on KateG. Once we have that information, we’ll make the necessary update to resolve the issue.
