I noticed that the report currently displays my username and number in my column, but the client column only shows the number. It would be helpful if the client’s name and number were both included in their column for better clarity.
Additionally, for compliance with HIPAA/PCI requirements, it would be beneficial to have the option in the selectable column setting that allows users to choose whether or not names are displayed on the report for those that do not want them in the report.
It is very helpful and sometimes required for our accounts to have this information logged and the number does not help identify the clients to account customers.
