Please put back and allow for active call pop-ups to be configurable on Goto softphone. I use my Goto softphone app dashboard for my active calls. It was great showing all calls on one screen. New updates dropped ability to have active calls shown on the third panel on the dashboard. Every call produces a pop-up screen which is inefficient and disruptive. Creating a pop-up is disruptive as multiple screens are created upon one call. Please bring back so when I use the Goto softphone app the dashboard shows the active calls on the right side panel and I don't have to search for screens on active calls or conference calls. It sounds like you may have had it in docked mode, your docked mode selection will be saved per device. If you sign in from another machine or a new browser, or do a hard reset, you will need to select your preference again.
You can find the icon on the left of the softphone and select Dock Window in app.
