Need help getting a new # approved for SMS

Hello, yet again I continue to be declined when requesting SMS approval for another # I want to add to my account. I have followed all the instructions, at times, undoing what I did based on what I'm told to do, then re-doing it. It's ridiculous. This happens every time. Would someone please approve my new number that I want SMS so that clients can text us? The number is (removed - GlennD)
