Hi. Has anyone found a headset that works with the GoTo Connect soft phone that has a noise cancelling microphone? - so no background noise is heard. We tried a couple different headsets but, the person being called can still hear background noise.
Hi Glenn. We tried a Leitner LH250 and a Poly Blackwire 8225 which is described as having "noise cancelling microphone technology". It might be a setting problem but, troubleshooting with support made no difference. Background noise is still being heard.
