It would be nice if you could conditionally route in a dialplan based on the status of an extension (Busy, Idle, Unavailable/DND).
For example, have a Conditional Routing node that says if extension#1500 is busy/on phone then route DP to an announcement that says the person is on the phone and then allow the caller to wait or leave voicemail.
