Presenters Powerpoint

Hi

Quick question - From a Presenters view  - when a powerpoint is in presentation mode ( full screen) why can't you see all the GTW icons, in particular the share icon? Am I missing something  or doing something wrong? My presenter today wanted to share something else, but had to exit his powerpoint to see the share icon.

Have you tried using flexible layout 'pop out' mode?

In this mode the traditional desktop view will close in favor of a new primary toolbar that you can drag and drop to your preferred location. This toolbar will persist when switching screens.

I'm using two screens, but it works using one. Here is a PP in Presenter mode with a toolbar, you can move it anywhere on your screen you like.
