Hi everyone,
I’m having a recurring issue with LogMeIn Hamachi on Windows 11, and I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this or found a solution.
Issue:
The virtual network adapter “Hamachi Network Interface” is created normally during installation, but it randomly disappears from Device Manager.
When this happens, Hamachi stops working completely.
Details:
- The NIC appears right after installation
- After a reboot or sometimes after Windows Update, the NIC is suddenly removed
- Hamachi shows no errors, but the adapter is gone
- The only way to fix it is:
- Uninstall Hamachi
- Reboot
- Reinstall Hamachi
What I want to know:
Is this a known issue with Windows 11?
Is Hamachi still actively maintained?
Is there any official workaround to prevent the NIC from being deleted?
Does anyone have a stable configuration that avoids this problem?
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
