I would love to see GoToWebinar automatically email attendee reports after a live or simulated live webinar concludes, rather than requiring users to manually download the report.
This enhancement would be particularly beneficial for simulated live webinars. Our team assigns colleagues to monitor questions and attendance for specific sessions, and we currently block time on our calendars as a reminder to retrieve attendance data for reporting purposes. An automated attendee report would streamline this process, eliminate the need for calendar reminders, and ensure attendance data is delivered promptly and consistently after each webinar ends.
