I've been trying to register my company, but every submission continues to come back as "Unverified." What I find most frustrating is that I'm being charged $4.50 for every attempt, even though none of them have been successful. So far, I've been charged $13.50 in June and another $9.00 in May, with no progress or explanation.
I called today to try to understand why my registration keeps being rejected and to ask if these fees could be waived or refunded, since I've been paying for unsuccessful submissions without receiving any guidance on what needs to be corrected.
I think this is some kind of third party rip- off. It makes me feel like I am being ripped off. I don't care what the legal right bull! I will look for more honest options.
