What are the other options to contact gotoconnect support

Our phone is not working and gotoconnect support only has option to give them a call. which i cannot do since my phone is not working.
I tried previous emails with support but only get auto replies to head to gotoconnect support to call them. which i cant do since my phone is not working.
They used to have call me options but it does not appear on my end.

Contact admin on the app does not appear as well.

What account are you using to log into, we checked the email you are using here, info@xxx and it does not have a license connected.

Can you try the accounts that do have license attached and see if the issue persists?

There used to be an option for that. However, it doesnt appear anymore.

You should be able to see the phone number you are calling from.
Do you see your ext? Do you have softphone selected?

Thank you for pointing this out.
This option does appear on my end. However, this options just redirects me to https://support.goto.com/contact which loops me back in to contacting them via phone. This does not create a support ticket/case until you call them.

If you are unable to call Support you can post here, and we can create a support ticket for you ~~or visit the support page and open a support case from there:~~

~~Go to~~ https://support.goto.com/connect ~~sign-in using your GoTo credentials~~
~~Open the menu in the top right corner and select~~ ~~My Cases~~
~~You will see a list of your support cases and be able to comment on any open cases as well as create a new case~~

I apologize, it appears the option to create a case from My Cases is not available currently.

I’m sorry you’re running into that situation. Customer Support primarily works over the phone because it’s usually the fastest way to troubleshoot and diagnose service issues in real time, but it does not need to be through your GoTo Connect number specifically.
