Hanging Keys at the remote

Hi,

We are heavily using keyboard shortcuts in our daily work and also during support sessions, but each time we use an Alt key combination the Alt key hangs as though it is always pressed down. Any way to avoid this?

The only way we have found to un-press the Alt key is by either restart the session, mouse clicking the Desktop Console window or pressing Ctrl+Alt simultaneously.

Thank you for the tips.

We are solely using the Desktop Console App (v1.16.4.77), just tried to maximaize that too, still the same behaviour and I do not see any "Sticky Keys Feature" here. A maximized browser window (firefox) is the only way I can get rid of the sticky keys. I hope you can get the Desktop Console to handle the keys in a better way too.

Hi @NielsB, welcome to the community.

This is an area that we have been working to improve. Based on the feedback and examples we have gathered it appears to occur most often when the session is being run in a windowed browser, rather than full screen or using the Desktop Console App. We have recently introduced a new Sticky Keys feature to help with this, it includes visual indicators to show if a modifier key is enabled or not.
