I moved this to it's own thread to keep the issues separate. I don't know why this would have occurred, so I created a case for our support team to take a look. They will follow up with you shortly.

I also wanted to comment that the attendee report is incorrect for the SimuLive event.

I joined and left a few times, but definitely logged out completely at 12:44pm. Yet the system noted that I stayed the entire time. This is incorrect and would result in a certificate being issued to someone who didn't earn it:
