How to add .ics file as an attachment to email message

Is there a way in which you can add the .ics file as an attachment to the email body that is sent out when someone signs up for the event?

As having the calendar links is confusing for some users.

Has anyone managed to do this please

Hi @brianharry, Welcome to the Community,

We have a new feature that you should enable called "Send Calendar Invites"

Registrants will receive RSVP invitations with their registration confirmation emails that allows them to directly accept the invitation, and the event will be automatically added to their calendars.

You can find this feature under Registration:

Toggle Send Calendar Invitations to on

A few Notes:

• This feature is available for single webinar instances and Series webinars (Register for individual sessions). It is not available for Sequence webinars (Register for all webinars at once).
• The RSVP invite will only go to registrants and not other participants like Panelists and Co-organizers.
• Organizers can update the setting for new and old webinars both.
