I want my account and data deleted

As the title says. It's impossible to navigate this system and delete the account, I'm pissed.

This article is NOT helpful, it only says to contact support. But to contact support I need to specify MY PHONE NUMBER AND MAKE A CALL?? IS THIS A JOKE? I'm not providing my number and not calling anyone.
Just delete all of my data from Goto and Logmein and I'll be on my way

That support article is only about uninstalling the software. If you had a LogMeIn Pro account and do not have an active subscription, you can use our Individual Rights Management Portal to confirm your identity and request your data be deleted, without calling.
