Disable Recording Share option

When a cloud recording link is shared with participants, the Share option should be disabled/hidden for participants. Please provide an option to implement this either at the application level or through the API level, based on the available GoTo functionality.

Meeting recordings are not automatically shared, so if the Organizer decides to share a specific meeting recording they can select what they share and how, before the share link is generated.

Account Admins can choose if the Organizers on the account can record their meetings, and if the recording is to the cloud or the computer hosting the meeting.

We have to do this for each recording, right? Is there a way to restrict the share option for the entire meeting, either at the application level or through the API?

Hi @abhiramkn,

When the meeting Organizer shares a recording they can select to only share it with specific email addresses. After clicking the link the recipient has to provide their email address in order to receive a code which is then emailed to them so they can view the recording.
