Hi everyone, I’m testing a Simulive on-demand webinar and noticed something strange with how the scheduled start date is displayed. The webinar is set to be available from/to a date in November. However, before the pre-set start date: * The event appears under Live / Upcoming with a “LIVE – JOIN NOW” label on the GoToStage platform. * When I click into the event, it correctly says “You are a little early!”, so the system seems to recognize that the webinar has not started yet. * At the same time, the page shows “Live Now” instead of the future start date, followed by “Please join the webinar at the time above,” even though no date or time is displayed. Has anyone else experienced this with a Simulive + On-Demand webinar? Is this a known display issue, or is there a setting I may be missing that would make the future start date/time appear correctly for attendees? Thanks!

The webinar is set to be available from/to a date in November.

However, before the pre-set start date:

The event appears under Live / Upcoming with a “LIVE – JOIN NOW” label on the GoToStage platform.
When I click into the event, it correctly says “You are a little early!”, so the system seems to recognize that the webinar has not started yet.
At the same time, the page shows “Live Now” instead of the future start date, followed by “Please join the webinar at the time above,” even though no date or time is displayed.

Has anyone else experienced this with a Simulive + On-Demand webinar?

Is this a known display issue, or is there a setting I may be missing that would make the future start date/time appear correctly for attendees?

This will happen if you select the On Demand option for the webinar occurrence during scheduling. On Demand means that the webinar can be watched at any time, so it is immediately available.

If you want to only make the webinar available once or for a specific number of days, select one of the other options just like a live webinar. If you share it to your GoToStage Channel anyone that clicks on it will be taken to the registration page, just like a live webinar.

When you select On Demand you can set a Start Date and a Webinar available till date to control how long it is available. If you select the No end date option it will be available on demand for 1 year. No start or end dates are displayed on the registration page or GoToStage channel.

Thank you for your detailed reply.

As I'd like the webinar to be available at anytime throughout a specific period, I believe On Demand would be my only option. Does that mean there's no way to change or correct the date being displayed?
