You need to fix fastsupport.com session key entry form. Make it one field per digit. I have spent 100's of hours correcting and getting users to backspace to the starting character on the current form, for over a decade. It happens > 50% of the time.
Maybe not as easy to fix as number 1, but when a user has an old version of GTA customer installed, it very frequently requires a full uninstall. Getting users to navigate to this in windows 11 is not as easy as it sounds. This has also been a consistent issue for over a decade.

I've been using GTA export for over a decade for high volume support and looking for any help here, thanks!

Hi @RogerDB, welcome to the community.

When it comes to uninstalling an application on Windows 11, using the new Start menu method will most likely be the easiest way for your clients:

Open the Windows 'Start' Menu
Select All Apps
Scroll to GoToAssist
Right click GoToAssist
Select Uninstall

If you have GoToAssist Remote Support v5 Unattended Support installed on a client's computer, they can right click the icon in the system tray and select Uninstall directly from there.
