Hola. Estos fascinado con los servicios que cuanta logmein rescure. lo que falta es que se pueda entablecer una comunicacion directa por medio de Voip con el cliente. Eso seria grandioso.

Sorry I don't speak Spanish but after translation I think you mean you would like VoIP through LogmeIn Rescue. This is something that I totally agree with and I am sure would bring many more customers to LogMeIn. I have mentioned it before in a previous thread. The Chat box is okay but it makes it very difficult for the customer to explain the problem and for the technician to explain the cure to their problem. Add video as well and you can count my company in as lifetime users.
We use LogMeIn to connect to our Robot machines all around the world and sometimes to be able to see the problem without the customer having to set up Skype on a separate computer would be so helpful.
