Hi Guys

OK thanks for that.

I can implement a "Connect to us" form using the coding provided.

But it looks at boring!

I'm not good at coding so any ideas on how to jazz up the form a bit better?

In a way Yes. They are called channels and can be setup thru the admin console. Once you create a channel, it provides you with basic HTML form code to insert into your website. also, you can test them by logging into LMI rescue and instead of clicking on the tech console, click test live support forms.
