Computer Group Management

Hi Everyone,

 

I am in trial mode of LMI Rescue, and am trying to acclimate myself to the interface (I am currently a Kaseya user).  Where in the interface can I set up machine groups or designate which computer belongs to which client?  I understand how the Technician Groups work but I don't see a way of managing and organizing the individual clients.

 

Thanks in advance, I am sure the answer is simple, I just don't see it.

I think what your thinking is that rescue will have all the systems already in it. But rescue is more of a support que style. You can have different companies or users go into different ques, but the software is not running on the system all the time so you cannot group systems in there. If you want systems to be accessible24/7 without the user actually going to the rescue technician then you probly want logmein free or pro or it reach.
