Are you using Zendesk? How will the new integration help you provide better support?
I'm on day 5 of my trial and loving it so far. The integration instructions are going to be a little difficult for some, but it's GREAT thus far. You guys need to advertise this harder!

Signing up to try it now.. is there any specific documentation on how to use Zendesk with Rescue? They don't mention it on their site that I saw...
We use the direct support link with the Rescue calling card, but that is not the method that's integrated with ZenDesk.
It would be handy if the Rescue calling card would generate a zendesk support ticket, and have the customer enter a description of the problem. That would help me prioritize my support board and would offer a log of actions taken.
In short, I see that you can generate a non-calling card Rescue support session from zendesk, but can I have my clients generate a zendesk ticket when they log into Rescue?
