Usage of LMI technician console's 'Custom Fields' for storing confidential information

Hi,

 

I need a clarification with regards to using Custom Fields (1 to 5) within Logmein Rescue Technician Console. With these columns providing the ability to enter text into them, I wish to save some information relating to my sessions. As the information is confidential, I would like to get a confirmation if:
* it is safe and secure for me to use these Custom Fields and
* anyone else would be able to read the text under Custom Fields.

 

Could you please confirm on this.

Yes, using custom fields this way is safe.  The information would be stored for reporting purposes and no one (unless watching over your shoulder) will be able to access this information.
