The company that I work at uses LMI Rescue to support its customers, however it takes ages to connect to them, wasting their time as well as ours.
It would be great if LMI Rescue could allow us to connect to customers by only making them click once
That's not on the LMI end. It's the browser's save-as function, then the UAC, then the firewall on the PC. if you tried to script past all that you'd be a virus and all the antivirus apps would prevent it anyway.... just the nature of the beast.
