Howdy everyone,I'm new to the forum here and actually only use LMI Rescue at work (I work for a mid-sized computer repair company.) So here is the issue, I have a customer who doesn't seem to have any malware (I've scanned with MBAM, Spybot, SAS, MSE, TDSSKiller, Combofix, and Hitman Pro.) Seriously. The is installed on the remote machine, when the customer activates it it skips searching for updates, and he can connect. I can restart as a service, but as soon as I try to requst remote controll the applet crashes, but the service keeps running.... I have the customer kill the processes and reboot...
Now I try the ActiveX applet, Customer connects same problem... Now here is what is funny, If I request system information first, I can start remote control, but as soon as I connect the applet dissapears and at every reboot another LMI_Rescue_SRV process starts running...
I've uninstalled all antivirus software, and disabled all firewalls, uninstalled and reinstalled the calling card several times, Same problem....
Any help would be great, I'm just one of those people who don't sleep until I figure it out.
