I am new to the forums and I want to say that I love the LogMeIn software. It has worked great and I use the Free edition all the time. LOVE IT! :manvery-happy:
With that said, I am having an issue with the Connect on LAN feature. I am not able to connect to any of my machines via this feature if I'm connected to my company's network on VPN. It keeps telling me my password is invalid. I have a domain administrator account that I use and I have tried it and also adding the domain in front of my username (MYDOMAIN\username) and still it does not work. I have also tried the local administrator account on the machine and that does nothing either. In the error log of the target machine, it says it's trying to authenticate the local machine name to my username (LOCALMACHINE\username) and that's not the one I want to use. I have already tried LogMeIn support and they have just said to make sure I have my GP settings set accordingly as well as the firewall and ports, which are all set. We do operate behind a proxy, but to my knowledge, our VPN traffic does not flow through there. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
Sorry for such a long novel of an issue, but it is something we really need to get figured out and quickly!
