Start Menu not Accessible with Unattended Access

Hello,

I am having an issue with some of the machines on which I have installed unattended access. Once connected, I can click on the start menu, but then the mouse becomes ineffective until I use the Ctrl+Alt keyboard sequence. Then, it will allow me to continue accessing the start menu until I reach the next level of menus, at which point I need to use Ctrl+Alt again to be able to click on menu items.

This is only happening on some machines, not all of them.

Any ideas for a fix for this?

WinXP Pro.

It is very strange. I have Unattended Access running on several different machines in several different offices, most running WinXP Pro, and I haven't run into this before. A co-worker brought it to my attention and I tried it from my machine. Sure enough, I was able to duplicate the process.

It does let you click the actual start button, but if you try to click anything else beyond that, you need to hit Ctrl+Alt first.
