Here's an easy one

I can't find this anywhere but my rescue applet chat window shows two lines high sometimes. I thought it was low screen resolutions on the remote end but now it seems they all do that.

Any way of adjusting the size of that area or getting it to go back to most of the window being chat log?

The problem is on the client side, the chat window is fixed two rows high.

If i am understanding correctly, and you want to resize the chat window in the technician console you can do this by simply dragging it.
