My first attempt to trial this product is with a sony laptop running vista business on another desk in my office.
Session started OK and I noticed that on the sony laptop there was a java update alert which i responded to via the session. The session then became unresponsive. When I looked at the laptop there was a vista "permission required" prompt popup that was not visible from the remote control session. I had to click it on the sony laptop in order to get out of the remote control being frozen. So the java update popup appeared and again the session became unresponsive. What is going on here?
This has never happened when i have used logmein pro. Not a massively impressive first impression.
