We use Log Me In Rescue to provide remote assistance to Windows PC's, and are now looking at using it in our Mac environment.
End user is on Mac OS X 10.7.3, enters the pin code provided by the support analyst, and the "LMIRescue.pkg" file is downloaded.
The end user does not have admin rights to the local machine, and is therefore prompted for an admin username and password to install the package, enabling them to connect to the support session.
Is this package unique for each support session?
Is there any way to install the package once, for all users on the machine?
