Rescue web integration

I am trying to integrate Legmen Rescue with a website I am developing. The user is supposed to request a helpdesk ticket online and then I would assign a number to this user to enter in the Legmen Rescue window in order to start a session.

I have looked in the API documentation but I could not find the way to generate this number. Is there a web service for this or is this number to be generated from my side? I have also looked for the code samples but couldn't find them. I would highly appreciate help in finding this information.

Welcome to the LogMeIn Community.

Any sort of helpdesk ticket will be generated through whichever third party ticketing system you use. Rescue can be integrated through these systems though.
