Dear LogMeIn,
I'm have an enquiry in regards to your service Rescue and how it ties in with LogMeIn Central. We're a small business that today run a combination of Central with a mix of LogMeIn Free and LogMeIn Pro installations, which we are *very* happy with. We do however on occasion need temporary access to other machines which does not need a permanent LogMeIn installation, and this is where Rescue comes into play.
Am I correct to understand that the Rescue license is paid on a per session basis, i.e that one license gives us the ability to have one active Rescue session at any given time, but if only one license is purchased we can't have two active Rescue sessions simultaneously? The reason I'm asking, is that we really don't foresee us having two active Rescue sessions at any given time.
Also, how does Rescue work with Central? We have a few users added to our "master account", which have access to all the groups and computers we have defined. Would all these users have access to Rescue via Central, or would the Rescue account be a separate account on its own not tied in with Central?
I sincerely hope you can shed some light to my questions.
Thanks in advance.
