I've been having this issue for a couple years now, but it only happened periodically until Windows 8 rolled out. Now I get it every other minute or so it seems. Basically, when I'm remoted into another computer, I'll randomly lose the ability to use the keyboard on their side and num lock stops working on my side. My only way around this is to close out of LMI in IE, double tap num lock, then re-launch LMI. It's to the point now where I can't work on Win 8. Any ideas? I'm running IE9 but I believe this was also the case with 8. The way I know I've lost keyboard access is when I click anywhere in the IE9 (LMI) window the IE window flickers with each click.
