I can't turn the remote pc off? why?

i am the user of logmein pro. Yesterday everthing is fine and I can control to turn off the remote pc. But today, it doesn't work. I can run the pc normally; however,when i try to restart or turn off it, fail!!! So strange.

Is there someone knowing it? Any idea?
