Hey there;
Until yesterday I was a free user. I'm on a fairly newe (2011) iMac and until yesterday I could only get remote access to my home iMac using my work one, using Chrome.
For some reason neither Safari nor FireFox would work for me. I could get as far as the login window spinning fruitlessly for a minute or two after I put in my user name and password ... then, denied.
Now I can't seem to get Chrome to work either. I get as far as loggin in, the main screen shows up with the tool options down the left side (Remote, Home, etc), but the main window stays black.
There was an issue with Java being updated by the network/IT monkeys here, and of course the newest Java doesn't work in Chrome yet ... I discovered a method for reverting to the last version of Java, and that was working OK for about a week.
Now I have no access at all. I jumped into Pro yesterday thinking it was some insidious plot to lock free users out, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I get the same results now with Pro:
* No access at all for either Safari or Firefox
* I get as far as the main window with Chrome, but it's just the left-hand buttons. The main screen stays black.
