Hi I have logmein pro. I am trying to control my disabled sons windows PC. I can't find the id we signed in with. I guess this is the name of the computer? i have tried loads of combinations. I can't remember what I used as a user name.
So when I attempt to control his machine it asks for this ID (which I don't Know) plus the password (which I do know)
Is there a way to find out what was used as an ID on this machine. It is an HP PC runing windows 7 I believe.
I'm on a Mac so pretty dumb when it comes to PC's
