Had been logging into my iMac at home from my work PC for several weeks. LogMeIn.com would allow me to switch on my sleeping iMac seeing as I have other PC's on my home network that do not sleep. All of a sudden late last week I could no longer log on. It allows me to "switch on" the iMac but once I have done that and try to connect I get the following error: 'Your session has timed out or the host went offline during your connection attempt'. Has any one experienced this issue? I even completely reinstalled everything on the iMac and still no luck. However if I set the iMac to never sleep I can then log into it. I want my iMac to sleep and not be running the whole time just to log in. I have followed the instructions provided and as I said it worked until late last week.
