LgmeIn problem on windows 8 PC

Hi..

Recently, I did switched my system but I useing a same 21 inch Monitor and my old Pc is running on Windows Xp and new is running on windows 8.

Now, I faced a some strange problem when I try to remotly login on my new pc from any computer - I just see the my new pc screen but I can't access any program or application of my new PC. Also, I see only half screen.

Kindly, given me solution for this problem.

Are you seeing a portion steched out across the remote control window, or only half the remote control window is loading, leaving a black portion unloaded?
