I was troubleshooting an issue on a users PC using rescue and we had a problem with the mouse pointer flickering on the user end while we were trying to record the session.
Has anyone experienced this before and have any suggestions on how to fix or the causes. This has happened on two seperate customers PC's using the same login account.
