I have been testing out LMI, in my case a MBP going into a W7 box. I find the performance generally adequate and usable.
However I have a stingy user that feels that it's too slow (compared to Win2k3 Terminal Server/RDP). Yes it's hard to compare it apples to apples, but this is the dillema I face. He believes that Office 2013 is too slow. For instance hovering over an item in Outlook 2013 it highlights the message where in Office 2007 it does not. It this perception that makes him think it's slow.
Does anyone have anyway to further streamline Office 2013? I have turned off the typing animation. But it seems that is about how far I can get it.
