I get that error while logged into any of the mac minis i have logmein on which has parental controls.
I've made sure all applications with logemin in the name is selected as an allowed application, i've also selected "Always Allow" and then put in an administrator username and pass that doesn't work either, it simply pops up the same message.
Same exact issue, iMac's, Mac Mini, etc, Parental Control enabled, ALL logMeIn apps are on the allowed list and message pops up, I need to be able as the IT Manager of these machines to login remotly to assist our enterprise users....Mac OS X 10.11.4, 10.11.5, 10.9.5, 10.10.X, etc happens on ALL with Parental Control, makes the machine unusable! Not pleased....
Same Issue
Same error "You don't have permissions to use the application "LogMein Menubar". As administator I provide LMI access but keeps repeating "You don't have permissions to use the application "LogMein Menubar".
Is there a fix Help
I am having the exact same issue. I cannot submit a support ticket because your Help page "Login" button doesn't work either.
Please address this issue, (and maybe update the copyright at the bottom of this page?)
The same is happening to me. And let me add that the pop-up is relentless and constantly -- every 10 seconds even if I ignore it -- interupting workflow. It actually renders the computer useless in this user account.
I have parental controls on a computer my staff uses only to limit their web-use and ability to change settings. They have access to all applications etc. I should not remove LogMeIn because I rely on it several times per day, but seemingly have no choice.
